This site is intended for adults 18 years and older. By using it, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement.

All photos, text, logos, layout and design on this site are owned by Zoé Moreau or used with permission. You may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publish any content without prior written consent. Linking to public pages is allowed if links are fair and non-misleading.

4) Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

  • engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity;

  • attempt to breach security or interfere with site operations;

  • scrape, harvest, or misuse data;

  • upload or transmit malware or spam.
     

5) Booking enquiries & communications

All enquiries must be respectful and truthful. Submitting a form or message does not create any obligation to accept a booking. Rates, deposits, travel requirements and etiquette are stated on the site and may change from time to time. I reserve the right to decline any request at my discretion.

6) Deposits, cancellations & rescheduling

Where a deposit is required, it confirms the date and time held for you.

  • If I cancel, your deposit will be refunded or we can reschedule.

  • If you cancel, the deposit may be retained as compensation, as stated in the booking policy.

7) Privacy

I care about discretion. How your personal information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the site, you acknowledge that policy.
 

8) No recording; personal boundaries

For privacy and safety, no photos or videos of our time together are permitted without explicit written consent. Any recording without consent may be unlawful and will be reported. My personal limits and service boundaries are listed on the site and must be respected at all times.
 

9) Third-party services

This site uses trusted third parties (e.g., Wix for hosting/forms, TCR, Throne and YouPay/Creatorflowfor gifting). Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms.
 

10) Access & changes

I may update, suspend, or restrict parts of the site without notice. I may also update these Terms from time to time; the last-updated date appears above.
 

11) Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is.” While I aim for accuracy and availability, I do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
 

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute may be brought before the competent courts in Belgium. If a clause is found invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
