Privacy policy

1) Who I am

This is the privacy policy of Zoé Moreau (Belgium). If you have any questions about your data, please write to date.zoemoreau@proton.me. I’m responsible for the information collected through this site and my communication channels.
 

2) What this covers

This policy applies to zoemoreau.com (hosted on Wix), my booking form, email and WhatsApp messages, and trusted third parties I use TCR and Throne/YouPay/Creatorflow (gifts/payments).
 

3) What I collect 

  • What you share with me: name or alias, email, phone/WhatsApp, city/country, and the usual booking details (date/time, duration, location, preferences, message). You may share extra screening info if you wish. This is entirely voluntary.

  • Automatically via the site: technical basics like IP, browser/device, pages visited, and cookies (see §7).

  • From partners: payment platforms provide transaction references. I do not store card or bank details on this site.
     

4) How your information is used

Mostly to arrange our booking and keep in touch. I also use it for smooth client admin, site security, and to meet legal duties (e.g., accounting). If I ever send updates or marketing, I’ll only do so with your consent, and you can opt out anytime.

5) Who sees your information

Only what’s necessary, and only with: Wix (hosting/forms/analytics), my email provider and WhatsApp, TCR, Throne and YouPay/Creatorflow (gifts/payments), and anti-spam/security tools (e.g., CAPTCHA). Appropriate data-processing terms and EU safeguards are in place.

6) Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers (like Wix) are based outside the EEA. When data travels, it’s protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.

7) Cookies 

This site uses essential cookies and only if you agree analytics/marketing cookies. You’ll see a consent banner on your first visit and can change your preferences anytime.

8) How long I keep things

  • Bookings & messages: [12 months] after our last contact, or longer if the law requires.

  • Invoices/admin: 7 years (tax rules).

  • Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.

  • I keep data no longer than needed, then delete or anonymise it.
     

9) Keeping data safe

I use sensible technical and organisational protections (HTTPS, access controls, minimal access, regular updates). No system is perfect, but I work to keep risks low.
 

10) Your choices & rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, ask for data portability, and withdraw consent at any time.

11) Under 18

My services are not for minors. I don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
 

12) Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update the date above. For important changes, I’ll let you know in a clear way.

 

 

We only ask for what’s needed to arrange your booking. Your choices come first: you’re in control of your data.
